Self Appraisals. Employees are now able to upload documents to self-appraisals! Uploaded documents are viewable by managers and other routing users during the appraisal process. This allows employees to include supporting documentation to their self reviews.
There is no limit to the number of documents employees can upload to the self-appraisal. Once submitted, documents cannot be removed from the appraisal. [1049151]

System security. Autocomplete has been disabled for sensitive information fields (such as Username and Security Questions). This helps improve overall system security and protection of user information. [999477]

Primary Position. A Primary Position can now be determined for employees that are assigned to multiple positions at your organization. This helps ensure appraisal and task assignments are made for the correct position for employees.
The Primary Position for an employee can be set manually for individual employees, or in bulk using the feed file by including a new IsPrimaryPosition column (with values of Y or N as needed).

The User Menu is now accessed via a new Persona Coin. This coin displays the user's initials or profile image instead of their username.

This new look-and-feel not only delivers a refreshed and complementary color palette, but also provides improved readability, consistent fonts, and iconography that clearly represents available actions and/or statuses.
