  • Job Descriptions. Large amounts of text entered into Template Weight fields was not properly displaying in the table view. [1051286, Cases 01822554, 01603384, 01679469]

  • Adding users. An error was occurring when attempting to include a Birth Date when manually adding a new user. [323958]

  • Appraisal tasks. Appraisal tasks automatically assigned via schedules were being assigned to employees that were no longer active members of the group. [966405, Case 1747006]

  • Job Descriptions. The Source Code pop-up wasn't displaying as expected when adding elements to job descriptions. [1052584, Case 1825392]

  • Single Sign On. Users were having difficulty accessing symplr Performance using single sign on. This fix improves the reliability of accessing Performance via the bypass URL, ensuring a smoother user experience and consistent access. [1059673, Case 1808330]

    Users can append &sso=false to access Performance through the bypass method.

  • Reports. Reports were timing out when processing large amounts of data. The system now provides additional time for larger reports to finish compiling. [Cases 01753230, 01738457]

  • Compensation. Users were unable to export compensation worksheets to Excel. [896388, Case 1692771]

  • Feedback tasks. Feedback tasks were not routing to the expected manager when a manager override was in place. [975416, Case 1748523]

  • Primary Position. A Primary Position can now be determined for employees that are assigned to multiple positions at your organization. This helps ensure appraisal and task assignments are made for the correct position for employees.

    The Primary Position for an employee can be set manually for individual employees, or in bulk using the feed file by including a new IsPrimaryPosition column (with values of Y or N as needed).

  • User Menu. The User Menu in the navigation bar received some minor updates. These are cosmetic only and do not change any functionality. [715097]

    • The User Menu is now accessed via a new Persona Coin. This coin displays the user's initials or profile image instead of their username.

    • This new coin has moved to the right of the Help menu.

  • Reports. There was a gap between End Date and Start Date filters that resulted in days being omitted from report data. [762906]

  • Personal Info. An employee's Middle Name was not displaying on their Personal Info page as expected. [810445, Case 1576346]

  • Tasks. Feedback tasks were not being reassigned to an employee's new manager as expected. [811391, Cases 01593213, 01607728, 01607348, 01640151]

  • Job Descriptions. The formatting and editing toolbar that displays when making changes to a section of a job description was displaying multiple times in a single session. [850052, Case 1596344]

  • Checklists. The Summary page was not displaying selections after saving a Checklist schedule. [639611, Case 1401083]

  • Employee Search. Employees were not appearing in searches as expected due to an issue with indexing after changes were made to Departments in feeds. [779791, Cases 01523236, 01579169, 01597777]

  • Appraisals. The shortcut to create goals for the next year was not displaying in appraisals. [576559; Case 1375195]

  • Feeds. When processing People Group feeds where the position code in the database did not match the position code in the feed file due to an uppercase/lowercase difference, the position code would not be processed and people would not be added to the group. [752716; Case 1516994]

  • Tasks. License Renewal tasks were created incorrectly when the employee's license record was either inactive or deleted. [610622; Case 1245696]

  • Tasks. Goal Check-In tasks were created incorrectly for deactivated users. [727465; Case 1495162]

  • Job Descriptions. Some sections of a Job Description were not displaying in the Print/Preview view or when reviewing the Job Description. [748597; Case 1467521]

  • Goals. Managers were unable to sign off on their employee's Developmental goals if HTML code was entered in the manager evaluation comments. [620862; Cases 01413673, 01487653]

  • Goals. Specific HTML content was causing display issues when attempting to view Performance goals. [723093; Case 01444981]

  • Interface update. symplr Performance has received an interface update! This new look-and-feel not only delivers a refreshed and complementary color palette, but also provides improved readability, consistent fonts, and iconography that clearly represents available actions and/or statuses.   • Reject Employee Feedback.Managers can now reject feedback received by their employees by selecting the new Reject Feedback option in the actions drop-down menu on the Feedback page. Rejecting feedback works similarly to rejecting appraisals, by reopening the feedback and adding (rejected) before the title. (Ref# 556399)

  • Export Compensation Worksheets.Users can now export compensation worksheets to Microsoft Excel by selecting the Export to Excel button above the compensation table. This export allows you to take advantage of all the filters, advanced formatting, and display options offered by Excel. (Ref# 475649)

  • Restore Deleted Appraisals.Admin-level users can now can now restore deleted appraisals via the View Assignments page (accessible via the Appraisal Schedules page). (Ref# 478549)

  • Updated Job Description Library Page. The Job Description Library page has been given an updated look and feel, along with some exciting new features!

    • The new Batch Actions menu enables you to execute Publish and Send for Signature actions on several job descriptions at once.

    • A revised interface makes it easier to locate and review job descriptions, while providing more status information at a glance.

  • Development Plan templates. Templates are now available for Development Plans, allowing you to pre-fill plan information – such as Opportunities and Activities – making it easier than ever to assign plans to employees. Templates remove the need to create new plans from scratch for every employee, as well as provide consistency across similar development tracks within your organization.

  • Gender designations. Feed file imports now accepts a broader range of values for the Gender field, promoting greater inclusion for employees. (Ref# 341240).

  • Job Descriptions. New list options including alphabetical and Roman numerals were added to Step 1 in the Job Description editor. Items can be highlighted in bulk and updated, and those updates are applied to any applicable items in Step 2. Bullet options in Step 2 may be used for switching individual line items, if desired.
