Primary Position. A Primary Position can now be determined for employees that are assigned to multiple positions at your organization. This helps ensure appraisal and task assignments are made for the correct position for employees.
The Primary Position for an employee can be set manually for individual employees, or in bulk using the feed file by including a new IsPrimaryPosition column (with values of Y or N as needed).

Interface update. symplr Performance has received an interface update! This new look-and-feel not only delivers a refreshed and complementary color palette, but also provides improved readability, consistent fonts, and iconography that clearly represents available actions and/or statuses. Reject Employee Feedback.Managers can now reject feedback received by their employees by selecting the new Reject Feedback option in the actions drop-down menu on the Feedback page. Rejecting feedback works similarly to rejecting appraisals, by reopening the feedback and adding (rejected) before the title. (Ref# 556399)

Export Compensation Worksheets.Users can now export compensation worksheets to Microsoft Excel by selecting the Export to Excel button above the compensation table. This export allows you to take advantage of all the filters, advanced formatting, and display options offered by Excel. (Ref# 475649)

Restore Deleted Appraisals.Admin-level users can now can now restore deleted appraisals via the View Assignments page (accessible via the Appraisal Schedules page). (Ref# 478549)

Development Plan templates. Templates are now available for Development Plans, allowing you to pre-fill plan information – such as Opportunities and Activities – making it easier than ever to assign plans to employees. Templates remove the need to create new plans from scratch for every employee, as well as provide consistency across similar development tracks within your organization.

Gender designations. Feed file imports now accepts a broader range of values for the Gender field, promoting greater inclusion for employees. (Ref# 341240).

Job Descriptions. New list options including alphabetical and Roman numerals were added to Step 1 in the Job Description editor. Items can be highlighted in bulk and updated, and those updates are applied to any applicable items in Step 2. Bullet options in Step 2 may be used for switching individual line items, if desired.
