-
This new coin has moved to the right of the Help menu.
-
Updated
-
Selective Job Broadcast. Support for Selective Job Broadcast has been discontinued by the third-party provider. Though this retirement does remove existing functionality, there are alternate methods available for posting jobs to ensure you're still reaching the right candidates.
The retirement only affects users of Selective Job Broadcast, and those customers have been notified separately. Please visit the User Assistance Center for more information.

Resolved
-
Tags. Applicant tags were being dropped from a candidate's profile when merged with another profile. [751224, Case 1525388]
Updated

-
Reports. The Views, Starts, and Complete fields on the Source to Job report are now counted by unique requisition and not broken down by job titles, preventing confusion over source accuracy. [781450]

Additionally, internal-only career sites can now be configured if desired. Please email talentsupport@symplr.com for configuration assistance. [732228]
-
User imports. For customers with ATS integrations, users previously needed to be created in the ATS in order for them to be set up in Talent Sourcing, even if they didn't need access to the ATS. Users can now be created directly in symplr Talent Sourcing by checking the Ignore in Import checkbox when creating a new user. This prevents the user from being inactivated every time the user sync runs from the ATS to Talent Sourcing. [637394]

Search Filter Enhancements. We've added several new enhancements to Filters throughout symplr Talent Sourcing, streamlining how your system data is displayed and evaluated. These particular improvements were all suggested by you, our users, so thank you (and keep sharing those ideas)! (Ref# 341100)
These enhancements include:
-
Two new options have been added to the Filters section of the various Talent areas:
-
Last Noted allows you to search for candidates based on when a note was last logged.
-
Last Called allows you to search for candidates based on when a Phone Call note was last logged.
Note: Historical records for both of these filters will be brought in at a later date.
-
-
The Date Profile Added filter now allows greater flexibility when selecting values. In addition to the original Slider option, new Date Range, After Date, and Before Date filters can now be used.
-
The Last Viewed filter now respects all areas within the Talent section. Previously, it only associated with your most recently-viewed area of Talent.
-
For filters that reference any "Last" actions (such as Last Emailed, Last Viewed, Last Applied, etc.), the default Any date range value has been renamed to -Select-, since you need to select a value from this drop down to use these filters.
-
-
Desktop Tools. The Desktop Tools download page previously included a link to download the plugin for Internet Explorer. Since Internet Explorer is no longer supported by Microsoft, this link has been removed, and the download link has been changed to only reference Chrome and Edge. (Ref# 563218)
-
Expanded Drip Campaign Scheduler. To allow greater flexibility with drip campaigns, you can now expand the total schedule of a drip campaign to six months from the current date (expanded from the previous limit of 90 days). When scheduling drip campaign emails, the calendar picker also prevents users from scheduling an email beyond the six-month cutoff date. (Ref# 563653, Case 01358868)

New Feature
The Review Center is now included in symplr Talent Sourcing, granting the ability to streamline and enhance the recruitment process. This addition provides a dedicated avenue for your sourcers to collaborate with hiring managers, making it faster and easier to identify the most qualified candidates possible.
With the ability to send candidates for review, managers are brought into the hiring process sooner, while making it easier to share key insights into each candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. What this all boils down to is, finding (and hiring) the best talent is a quicker, smoother, and more informed process for everyone involved.

Career Site Visitor Tracking. Career sites can also collect information on visitors to help you assess their interest and engagement levels with your organization. The Visitors page in Source & CRM allows you to view information on candidates that have viewed your career site(s), including lists of which jobs and pages they viewed and searches they performed. You can even view the candidate profile if available, including contact information, resume, and a link to their full profile in your network.
The system also captures peripheral information about the candidate, such as browser and OS used, the referring website used to access the career site, and number of job applications they started and completed.
Note: This feature is only available to Source & CRM clients that have Career Site enabled.
- Branded email templates. Allows you to create email templates for specific recruiting campaigns that cover multiple career sites and/or organizational brands. These templates can be used to automatically send emails to candidates.
- Candidate Consent. A new Consent field is displayed in candidate profiles to easily identify those candidates that have provided consent for receiving emails and/or text messaging. A filter for this Consent field provides a new search tool for recruiters. Candidates can also be asked to re-submit their consent to ensure recruiters are contacting willing candidates.

All available profiles that exist for a candidate can now be viewed from one location. The candidate card displays all submitted resumes, specific tags, and notes – regardless of their associated profile.
Now that all candidate information is available in a single view, the following updates help you access and maintain candidates:
- Profile tab provides a drop-down to view each candidate profile included in the record. You can also view each list the candidate has been added to and their current status in each. This allows recruiters to view all activities on the candidate across the various lists they belong to, such as Talent Network and Folders.
- Notes and tags are now tied to the Candidate, not a specific Profile, providing a more holistic view of candidates across all their available profiles. Notes are also easily and quickly added from within the candidate card.
- New Quick Links on the Overview tab enable quick navigation to desired information.
- Most recently submitted resume is automatically set as the default for the candidate.
- Reports. A new Candidate Report allows you to see a count of the number of unique candidates in your database, giving you a better understanding of your sourcing pool. The report breaks the candidate numbers down by source over time. Additionally, a new Candidates listing is now included in the System Snapshot on the Company Dashboard view.
Enhancements
The enhancements listed below may be controlled by system-wide permission settings. All users may not have access to the functionality as described.
- Custom fields. Custom fields can now be included in import files for inclusion in candidate records. These custom fields can then be used for searches (though they won't be displayed in candidate profiles until the next release).
