The Reports page provides multiple standard reports helping you review several important statstics.

Available Reports include:

• Retention (ROI) Report.

• Reference Email Report.

• Force Complete Report.

• Quarterly Completion Report.

• Data Export Report.

The Analytics section provides a tool to help you review candidates' status, the distribution of reference assessment scores, and assessment completion statistics.

Analytics consists of three pages:

• Candidate Analytics. This page provides information regarding candidates' status, the distribution of reference assessment scores, and assessment completion statistics.

• Reference Analytics. This page enables you to review reference provider details and completion rates. At-a-glance details provided on this page include total number of references by status, completion statistics, reference completion rates, and career interest by references over time.

• Advanced Analytics. This page consists of a set of five different search filters, and generates a set of analytics based on the parameters entered in each of the five sections. Selecting a Manager, Location, Position, entering a Requisition Number, and/or a Time Frame generates details about candidates, references, sourcing, and various score and completion statistics.
