symlpr Reference Assessment contains an assortment of features that all combine to help make checking, gathering, and providing references as easy as possible for hiring managers, candidates, and even the references themselves. Some of Reference Assessment's most noteworthy features include:

  • Analytics. Review candidate status, assessment score distribution, reference provider information, and completion rates.
  • Candidates. Add candidates and invite them to participate in the reference checking process. Then, review any candidates you have invited and check the status of the reference checking process.
  • Candidate Reports. These reports provide comprehensive evaluations of a candidate based on the data given by the candidate's references. Responses to custom reference questions, aggregated survey data, estimated competencies, and reference quality indicator scores are all gathered into the candidate's reference assessment report.
  • Positions. Add, edit, and review any job openings, add new positions, and invite candidates to begin the reference process for specific jobs.
  • References. View reference details including names, contact information, and relationship to candidate. Additional data includes the Reference Quality Indicator, answers to custom questions, and more.
  • Sourcing. Search your existing pool of candidates and references to find the right fit for a new position, and invite them to apply.
