HealthcareSource Job Board. Support for the HealthcareSource Job Board is ending on October 31, 2024. After this date, the HealthcareSource Job Board option will no longer be available when posting jobs from symplr Recruiting. No functionality is changing within symplr Hiring, and no action is required by customers.

Audit history. A new Job Posting category is available on the Admin > View Audit History page! This audit trail tracks changes to the Jobs Highlights, Job Ad, and Location Ad sections of a posting. [966966]

Job/Posting Title field names. In order to provide greater consistency throughout symplr Hiring, field names have been updated. In email templates, Job Title is now Posting Title(external) and Internal Job Name is now Job Title (internal). This ensures field names match the naming convention found on Admin > Manage Templates. Applicant assistance. Additional help topics are now available from the drop-down on the Applicant Help Request page of career sites. These new topics further allow applicants to self-serve questions/issues they may have with applications. [981652]

The Inbox icon has been returned to the navigation bar. This icon displays a red dot when you have unread messages.

The User Menu is now accessed via a new Persona Coin. This coin displays the user's initials instead of their system username.

The link to the Inbox has been moved from the navigation bar to the User Menu.

A new Help menu now lives to the left of the Persona Coin. This menu contains many of the options that used to reside under the Support Chat icon, such as links to help content and release notes.

When release notes are updated, an icon is displayed on this new Help menu and on the Release Notes item in the menu, alerting you that a new release is available.

The Search bar is now accessed by clicking the magnifying glass icon.

The Support Chat icon on the bottom right of the page is still available for live chat and support contact information.

Reports. The Compliance report has been renamed to Checklist Compliance to provide a more clear description of the information it contains. [781965]

Reports. A new Email option is available when viewing select reports! This option sends an email with a link to view your report when it has finished compiling. This is useful for reports that contain a large amount of data that may take some time to compile. [633842]

Email templates. New email templates can now be created by copying existing templates. Clicking the new Copy button for a template creates a new template containing all of the data from the copied template (including attachments), reducing the time it takes to create new templates. [804317]

Disqualification permission. The CANNOT DISQUALIFY APPLICANT permission was not limiting user actions as expected. Job Templates. Pay Min and Pay Max details can now be configured on the job template level! Previously only available on new requisitions, the ability to configure these fields on job templates saves time and reduces the risk of error when posting new opportunities.
Users with the Manage Job Templates permission are able to configure Pay Min/Max information on job templates. A new permission (Edit Pay Min/Max on Requisitions) has been added to allow for non-admin users to update Pay Min/Max fields on individual requisitions. Existing requisitions are not impacted by this change. [514186]

Edit Applicant Details. You can now edit an applicant's contact details from the Details page by selecting Edit Contact Information from the Settings menu (the blue gear icon). This displays a new page where you can change the applicant's name, phone number, email address, and street address.

Insert Image into Text Editor. A new Insert Image button has been added to the toolbar in the Hiring System text editor. Selecting that button displays a prompt for the image's URL. Upon adding the link to your image in the Image URL field, the image displays on both the job description console and the applicant site. (Ref# 426253)
