My Folder

The My Folder menu contains direct links to the tools you need to manage your symplr Learning experience. Clicking My Folder in the navigation bar displays its drop-down menu.

My Folder contains the following selections:

• To Do List. This is where you view and complete any of your actively-assigned eLearning courses, classes, and competency trainings.
• Completed List. Clicking this displays a list of any eLearning courses, classes, or competencies you have successfully completed.
• Learning Opportunities. This option displays all available courses and classes in which you may sign yourself up for.
• Licenses. Selecting this option displays a pop-up screen which enables you to add, edit, view or delete license information.
• Recertifications. Selecting this option displays a pop-up screen showing all of the courses you have taken that have expiring certificates. In order to renew a certificate, you must take its course again.
• Classic symplr Learning. This option opens the widget-based dashboard view. When using Classic symplr Learning, the available options in My Folder change to reflect the widget-based interface.

Note: The options available may differ depending on your user role.
