Powered by JobTarget, Enhanced Job Distribution makes it easier than ever to find the best job boards for your requisitions using built-in search and publication tools, ensuring your jobs are posted in the right places and getting noticed by the right candidates.

Enhanced Job Distribution provides a diverse variety of boards for your job postings that you can browse and select as needed. If you know of specific job boards you want to post to but can't find it when searching job boards, simply contact JobTarget and they will ensure the board is added to their offerings.

In addition to the list of pay-per-post boards available, all job postings are automatically included in the Organic Sites Bundle, a set of free job boards provided by JobTarget (LinkedIn Organic, ZipRecruiter Organic, Monster Organic, Talent.com, MyJobHelper, Adzuna, Jora, and Jooble).

Not sure which job boards to select? Programmatic Posting removes the guesswork by utilizing algorithms to identify which job boards are most relevant for the position and automatically posts to those boards.

Enhanced Job Distribution can also be set up to use Easy Apply. This speeds up the application process by letting applicants submit a simplified first application, helping to keep candidates engaged while reducing abandoned applications.

Though Administrators automatically have full access to Enhanced Job Distribution features and functionality, other user access is controlled by system permissions assigned to user roles.
