NetCompetency is a fully integrated part of symplr Learning that provides you with all of the tools and resources needed to ensure you organization meets the highest standards. NetCompetency automates creation, assignment, tracking and reporting of competencies that Learners have to complete.

NetCompetency allows you to :

• Fully customize competency statements, skills, policies and procedures
• Assess competencies using learning method – or methods – specifically designed for your organizations, including a classroom session, demonstration, online course or test (paper and/or electronic)
• Access and view competency progress through customized reports particularly for accreditation agencies and performance review.

There are five main sections to the NetCompetency area, each one housing the data that you need to manage specific aspects of the Competency process:

• Managing Competencies. Find and view competencies by entering criteria into various filters. Add new competencies edit current competencies and manage enrollment through various links from the main grid.

• Managing Competency Groups. Manage collections of competencies, called Groups, create new groups, view group details and enroll learners from the grid interface.

• Managing Skills. Manage the core elements of competencies, called Skills, find and create new skills and view details through the grid interface.

• Managing Validation Methods. View and manage Validation methods for use with skills and competencies.

• Managing Standards. Manage collections of competencies, called Groups, create new groups, view group details and enroll learners from the grid interface.
