Reports

The Reports area provides access to all the system reporting tools available for viewing and extracting defined data in symplr Learning.

symplr Learning provides a wide range of reports so you can easily gather and examine the data you need. Each report provides several data filters, allowing you to manipulate your results without the need of sifting through records you don't need.

While symplr Learning provides a vast array of reports that cover a majority of client data reporting needs, additional custom reports can also be developed and made available on your system.

• Audit. Provides high-level report of the number of active, inactive, and total users, as well as the roles, rights and privileges assigned to certain learners.
• Classroom. Generate class rosters, class calendars, instructor reports and room availability charts.
• CourseManager+. Helps monitor and manage access to all content sold by symplr Learning (licensed content) with the exception of customizable compliance courseware.
• Dashboard. View graphical analysis of your eLearning data and generate certificates for your learners.
• eLearning. Generate reports on pre-assessment completions, enrollment, course completions, and overall learner use of your eLearning offerings.
• Learner. Generate learner transcripts, report on their certification status, view organizational reports and create notification letters.
• NetCompetency. Details all aspects of learner competency progress, problems and completions.
• Test. Generate answer sheets for tests and various test result reports.
