symplr Performancehosts a bevy of features designed to streamline the processes of tracking workplace performance, personal goals, compensation, and (much) more for you and your employees.
Note: Not all users are able to use all of these features. Access to specific features depends on the permissions granted by the system administrator.

- Appraisals. Rate performances based on associated job description forms.
- Checklists. Assess employees on basic skills that relate to their positions in your organization.
- Compensation. Easily compensate employees fairly and simplify the merit increase process.
- Development. Allows managers and organizations to closely monitor employee strengths and assist in bolstering identified areas for improvement.
- Document Sign Off. Route specific documents, such as organizational policies, to employees for review and acknowledgment.
