New Application Status Filters. We've added some additional filtering options to the Manage Applications page to better support short application workflows, making it faster and easier to find the candidates you're looking for. (Ref# 492864)
-
A Short Application Status filter has been added to the advanced search area for clients using short apply workflows. This simplifies how to locate short apply candidates by allowing users to quickly sort candidates based on whether they've only completed the short application, or if they've completed a full application.
-
A checkmark now displays on the application icon of candidates who have completed the full application after being invited back, giving recruiters a visual indicator of who completed the full application following an initial short apply.
-
The original short application date is now reflected in the Apply Date field for candidates that completed a full application after being invited back (previously, the full application date was used). This delivers more accurate "time to" metrics, and reduces confusion when searching off of application dates in the advanced search area.

Applicant Notes. Global applicant notes have been given an additional layer of sort ordering, to support users with imported global notes, and to provide a more granular breakdown of global notes with the same modified date. Notes will now first be grouped by modified date, and when more than one note has the same modified date, it will be sorted by Note ID (highest ID first). Additionally, a new Note ID column has been added to the Global Notes area, which can be sorted by clicking the column header. (Ref# 495996, Case 01195983)
